- Orders are processed via Shopify, and we accept major payment methods.
- Product prices do not include import duties, customs fees, or local taxes unless clearly stated at checkout.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders in cases of incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, payment issues, or policy violations.
4. Shipping & Risk of Loss
- Most products are made to order and may take up to 30 days to produce before shipping.
- Delivery times shown on the website apply after dispatch and are estimates only.
- Delivery times may vary based on shipping carriers, customs handling, and external factors.
- Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, local taxes, or handling fees unless clearly stated at checkout.

5. Returns & Refunds
Most Chimera Lab pieces are made to order. Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery and will be reviewed according to our Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging where possible. Custom, personalized, or specially requested items may not be eligible for return unless defective.
