Made-to-Order Production Time
Most Chimera Lab pieces are made to order. This means your item is produced after the order is placed, rather than being kept in large stock.
Please allow up to 30 days for production before shipping. In many cases, orders may be ready sooner, but the 30-day window allows time for fabric printing, sewing, finishing, and quality checking.
Delivery estimates below apply after the order has been produced and dispatched.
Why made to order?
Chimera Lab produces in small quantities to avoid overproduction and waste. Each piece is made with printed materials, hand-finished details, and limited production capacity, so the made-to-order system helps keep the process more intentional and sustainable.

We utilize reputable shipping services such as UPS and DHL to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. The choice of carrier is made based on the destination and the best available service.
Shipping Rates
We currently ship worldwide from within the EU.
European Union: FREE shipping over €100
We offer free shipping on EU orders over €100. Orders are shipped with a trackable service, and the estimated delivery time is usually 2–6 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Europe + Nearby Countries: FREE over €100
We currently ship to most countries in the European Union, as well as the United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and the Åland Islands.
Orders under €100 → Flat rate shipping: €9.90
All European orders are shipped with a trackable service. The estimated delivery time is usually 2–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and customs handling, where applicable.
International Shipping: Flat Rate €20
We also ship to countries outside Europe for a flat rate of €20.
Chimera Lab covers part of the international shipping cost to make it more accessible. Shipping times and delivery options vary depending on destination, carrier availability, and customs regulations. All orders are traceable.

Estimated Delivery
After your item has been dispatched, standard delivery times typically follow:
- EU: 2–6 business days
- UK, Norway, Switzerland and nearby non-EU countries: 4–7 business days, excluding customs handling
- USA, Canada, Australia, Japan: 6–10 business days, excluding customs handling
- Rest of the world: 6–15 business days, excluding customs handling
These are estimates and could vary based on external factors.

Customs and Duties
Depending on your location, orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or handling fees upon arrival. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.
Unfortunately, we cannot estimate or control these fees, as they vary by country. We recommend checking with your local customs authority for the most accurate information before placing an order.
Local EU Sourcing
We are committed to sourcing responsibly. Our textile printing is done within the EU, and we prioritize European-based suppliers for materials and trimmings. For unique, one-of-a-kind pieces, we incorporate materials from local thrift stores. This approach supports small businesses, reduces waste, and helps lower our carbon footprint.
