Production Time
Most of our products are made-to-order, but we keep materials on hand to ensure a fast turnaround. Orders are typically ready to ship within 3-5 business days.
For special limited edition drops or pre-sale items, production time may vary — please refer to the product description for details. If any unexpected delays occur, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Choosing Our Carriers
We utilize reputable shipping services such as UPS and PostNord to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. The choice of carrier is made based on the destination and the best available service.
Shipping Rates
We currently ship worldwide from Copenhagen, Denmark.
Denmark: FREE shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders within Denmark, no minimum required. Orders are shipped with PostNord and usually arrive in 1–2 business days.
Europe + Nearby Countries: FREE over €100
We currently ship to most countries in the European Union, as well as the United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Åland Islands.
Orders under €100 → Flat rate shipping: €9.90
All EU+ orders are shipped with a trackable service, and estimated delivery time is 2–6 business days depending on your location.
International Shipping: Flat Rate €20
We also ship to countries outside Europe for a flat rate of €20.
Chimera Lab covers part of the international shipping cost to make it more accessible. Shipping times and delivery options vary based on location and customs regulations. All orders are traceable.

Estimated Delivery
After your item has been dispatched, standard delivery times typically follow as:
- Denmark: 1-2 business days
- Europe: 2-6 business days
- UK: 4-7 business days (excl. customs handling)
- USA, Canada, Australia, Japan: 6-10 business days (excl. customs handling)
- Rest of the world: 6-15 business days (excl. customs handling)
These are estimates and could vary based on external factors.

Customs and Duties
Orders shipped outside of the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, or handling fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
Unfortunately, we cannot estimate or control these fees, as they vary by country. We recommend checking with your local customs authority for the most accurate information before placing an order.
Local EU Sourcing
We are committed to sourcing responsibly. Our textile printing is done within the EU, and we prioritize European-based suppliers for materials and trimmings. For unique, one-of-a-kind pieces, we incorporate materials from local thrift stores. This approach supports small businesses, reduces waste, and helps lower our carbon footprint.
