Refund policy
At Chimera Lab, each item is specially crafted upon order, reflecting the uniqueness of your choice. Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. This policy supports our commitment to sustainability and reducing waste.
However, your satisfaction is our priority. If you experience any issues with your order or feel that it does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. We will review return requests on a case-by-case basis, considering the following conditions:
✔️ The product must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.
✔️ The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the item.
✔️ Items that are made-to-order and cannot be resold may be non-returnable, depending on the case.
If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping & Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status:
✔️ Approved returns – A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
✔️ Processing time – Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
